We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead marketing efforts for a fast-growing eCommerce agency. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, excels in business development, and can shape the agency’s market positioning.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Establish and nurture relationships with technology partners to enhance service offerings.
- Oversee sales-driven marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between business development and brand strategy.
- Leverage industry events, digital campaigns, and strategic content to position the agency as a market leader.
- Report on sales performance, client trends, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.
- Contribute to overall agency growth, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services.
- A strong track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including platforms like Shopify Plus and BigCommerce.
- Experience in managing and leveraging partnerships to accelerate business expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to align sales and marketing strategies to drive business success.
