About the Role:
As an IT Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting employees with hardware, software, and network issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently studying, recently graduated, or looking to start their IT career in a supportive and learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Set up and configure IT equipment
- Support system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity measures
- Maintain IT documentation and provide basic user guidance
- Collaborate with the IT team to learn and develop new technical skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Interest in networking, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current drivers licence and vehicle is a must as you will be required to occasionally travel to our Central Coast sites.
