About the role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face-to-face.

Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network

Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution

Work from various sites (Woolloomooloo, Darlinghurst, North Sydney) to resolve technical incidents
-
Participate in the after-hours on-call roster, which can often be around 25 calls per fortnight in some instances
About you
-
Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
-
Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)

Experience in a busy Help Desk/Service Desk role in a medium to large organisation

Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices

Must be able to commit to fulltime hours, including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
