About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opening for a Workspace Manager and Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Head Office based in North Sydney. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for ensuring our workspaces are well managed and our internal communications are effective and engaging.
Work Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a well organised and professional workspace, managing meeting rooms, AV setup, and office supplies.
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and supplier contracts, working closely with building and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Create and share content across internal communication channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Lead and support the office team, overseeing onboarding, security passes, and seating arrangements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Relevant experience in workspace management or internal communications, or equivalent competence gained through education or training.
  • A strong, professional work ethic with a proactive and service oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MYOB or Xero is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and a commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
