Senior Production Coordinator

Our client is a well known and ethically manufactured swimwear company, based in Alexandria. They have a focus on sustainability and innovation, ensuring they are customer centric in their designs.
This role will suit an experienced Production Coordinator that is wanting to step up into a Senior Production Coordinator role, having proven experience managing critical path end to end, with high attention to detail and the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Set up of seasonal costing document with accuracy
• Request and analyse seasonal costings from factories, negotiating costs where required
• Prepare for and assist leading the seasonal costings sign off meetings
• Item setup in their ERP system, maintaining data accuracy
• Raise PO’s back to the quantities ordered by the customer
• Manage the production timings of the development production trackers
• Follow up with factories on submissions and track the production dates for development orders, with a strong focus on delivering orders to required
• Seasonal planning of bulk production dates

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3 years Production Coordinator level experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast pace environment
• Collaborative/team orientated approach
