We are seeking a dedicated individual or couple to fill a permanent, full-time role within our dynamic organic beef operation located near Charleville/Augathella, SW Queensland. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle stockwork and mustering using motorbikes.
• Maintain and develop property infrastructure and machinery.
• Operate farm machinery, including tractors.
• General property and machinery maintenance.
• Contribute to team efforts and also manage tasks independently.

Requirements:

• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Trade qualification or at least 3 years of experience on farm.
• Solid mechanical/welding skills and understanding.
• Proficiency in motorbike handling.
• Prior experience with livestock.
• Ability to collaborate with a team or operate solo.

This position is not suitable for those with a Working Holiday Visa. This is a long-term position.
