Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in administrative support? We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established company specialising in climate control solutions to both commercial and domestic customers.
The Role:
This full-time, permanent position in a small team. The role to ensure the smooth administration of installation projects for residential builders.
You will be a key player in coordinating the administration of job orders within the Customer Service department. Working closely with residential builders and installers, you will ensure each installation project is well-managed from start to finish, without the need for scheduling. You’ll oversee the administration side of the job orders, ensuring timely updates, order processing, and communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job orders and ensure accurate information is updated in the system (SimPRO)
  • Communicate with residential builders, installers, and the customer service team to ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure payments are processed, including invoicing for completed jobs
  • Manage job-related administration tasks, including ordering necessary parts and materials for installations & completion
  • Monitor email and phone correspondence, managing enquiries and updates between stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and file management within internal systems
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the team
Applicant Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service & administrative support role, ideally within the construction or trades industry (experience with installation projects is a plus)
  • Proficiency in SimPRO or similar job management software (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in multitasking
