About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our Sunshine Coast Branch.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivate and promote a 'Yes We Can' attitude to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
• Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
• Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
• Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
• Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
• Process credit card payments as needed.
• Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience in an inbound call center environment, managing high call volumes.
• Possess a professional and friendly telephone manner, as the role primarily involves telephone-based communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Display a professional demeanour and maintain a positive attitude towards work.
