Our client is a respected Residential Building Company, they are seeking the next estimator to join their team and grow their company. As an Estimator, you will form part of a highly successful collaborative team, creating Luxury homes throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane. This is truly a unique position within the business to claim as your own, work creatively and practically.
This company has been in the game for almost 10 years now and have created a great footprint in the residential construction space. They support and acknowledge there team and encourage culture by holding great events and team days.
Role

• Prepare accurate cost plans / take offs
• Maintain trade pricing and rates
• Subcontractor / Supplier briefing, negotiation and allocation
• Monitor variations and track tender stages
• Maintain strong trade and supplier relationships
• Prepare Project reporting to track current and completed financial performance
• Liaise with Supervisors , report to General Manager

Person:

• Solid understanding of the construction process and reading building and engineering plans
• Proficiency in Databuild
• Self-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest and passion in creating unique homes with likeminded professionals

Offer

• 110k - 130k salary
• Gold Coast based office
• Immediate start
