About the role:
Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, you’ll conduct payroll for over 500 staff, work across multiple awards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation relating to the processing of wages and benefits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring receipt and processing of all timesheets, payroll changes, records and related material;
• Performing accurate end-to-end payroll processing;
• Assisting with the preparation and reconciliation of monthly reports;
• Updating system and employee records; and
• Preparing reports to complement the accounting and HR function within the business.

This role offers the opportunity to work 7 days per fortnight at the Toowoomba office and 3 days per fortnight at the Millmerran office. About you:
