Currently in a season of growth and expansion, this industry leading facility is searching for a Speech Pathologist to establish and set up a service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treament plans
- Provide therapy and interventions
- Hybrid mobile and in clinic work - largely hybrid
- Run and set up your own service while building your own case load
- Engage and communicate effectively with aged care residents
- Join and work in a collaborative team where everyone is connected and valued
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- While experience is desirable, it's not essential - enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Love a company that prioritises a supportive culture and values their staff
- Previous experience in an Aged Care environment is HIGHLY favourable
