The Role

In this role, you’ll manage care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a positive, collaborative atmosphere within the facility. Your leadership will uphold the highest standards of care while creating a nurturing environment where residents can truly flourish, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Hobart.
Responsibilities

• Manage care plans and ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly and with compassion.
• Implementing and maintaining a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and upholding Aged Care Quality Standards
• Providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, and fostering effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders

Key Candidate Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
• Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role
