The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Business Analyst to work within the IT Solution Delivery team for our client, a major utilities provider in Adelaide. This role is perfect for someone passionate about infrastructure projects and technology transformation. You’ll engage in multiple infrastructure initiatives, from network enhancements to cloud migrations, ensuring seamless project execution through detailed analysis and stakeholder engagement. This role is an initial 12 month contract with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document infrastructure-related business requirements

• Develop process maps for current and future infrastructure workflows

• Facilitate workshops to identify key project needs and improvements

• Support project initiation, budget planning, and operational handover

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project alignment

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong business analysis skills, including stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation

• Experience working in IT infrastructure projects (networks, hosting, data centres, Azure)

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders

• Experience with Lean process improvement and Agile methodologies

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.

• Desirable: Background in utilities, mining, or similar industries.

• Consulting experience preferred but not essential

Note: this role requires a start of 28th April or immediately thereafter.
