    About the role:

    Operating within Peter Faber Business School (Melbourne), as Lecturer (Human Resource Management & Management), you will be accountable for high quality teaching and learning outcomes through the development, delivery and continuous improvement of lectures, tutorials and workshops in a number of the following core and elective subjects in Human Resource Management and Management disciplines. This role has a teaching and research focus in Human Resource Management and Management disciplines.

Total remuneration valued to $134,709 - $158,968 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $113,831 - $134,397 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
