About the Role
The clinic is seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager / Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure six-star service standards across our premium specialist practice.
You’ll be the key operational leader — the safe pair of hands — that ensures everything runs smoothly while also building lasting relationships with executives, patients, and referral networks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
- Liaise with C-level stakeholders , external partners, and referrers
- Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Drive business development and referral generation strategies
- Manage financial performance, including payroll, invoicing, and budgeting
- Maintain compliance and accreditation requirements
- Ensure exceptional patient journeys and six-star service delivery
- Oversee systems and platforms including Genie, Bright HR, Practice Hub, Hot doc, Trello, Loomly
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, or Business Manager in health care
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic growth mindset
- High-level communication and executive presence
- A calm, polished leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing staff, operational systems, and patient service excellence
- Ability to build and maintain referral networks
- Proficiency in clinic systems and work flow optimisation
- A strong operational and strategic mindset
- Confidence to represent the clinic at an executive level
- A proven track record in managing clinic operations and people
- The ability to balance efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
- Experience in business growth or partnership development is highly desirable
