About the Role
3M are currently seeking a Skilled Inventory Analyst to join the Pemulwuy Warehouse team.
If you have previous experience within an inventory-based role, and pride yourself on being highly skilled with immaculate attention to detail then this may be the perfect position for you.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Systems administration including overseeing stock transfers, warehouse tasks, replenishments, slotting
- Investigation and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies such as cycle count and backorders
- Communicating with supply chain, external 3PL, business and quality teams to coordinate activities
- Leading inspections, quality and hold requests
- Responding to requests for lot numbers, expiry or other product queries
- Working with planners to expedite requests
- Producing and maintaining inventory reports and records
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience within an Inventory or DC related role
- Relevant experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP EWM
- A Certificate/diploma or degree in warehousing, operations or logistics preferred
- Good working knowledge of Excel, handling of data sets and reporting with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on a weekly and daily basis
- Fantastic communication skills
- Process driven & good with numbers
