About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Graduate Corporate Services Officer. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across a range of business functions, including administration, marketing, and finance, while contributing to the continued success of Dornford Building Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with contract administration and project coordination.
- Marketing & Communications:
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Finance & Operations:
- Provide basic financial support, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- A passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
