About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Graduate Corporate Services Officer. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across a range of business functions, including administration, marketing, and finance, while contributing to the continued success of Dornford Building Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration:
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
  • Assist with contract administration and project coordination.
  • Marketing & Communications:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
  • Finance & Operations:
  • Provide basic financial support, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
