About the roleSouth West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications for a Perioperative Stock and Inventory Officer. Within this role you will be responsible for the ordering, storage and supply of stock to the perioperative services that comply with recommended standards, with the initial focus on developing improved processes for the operating suite inventory.
Position overview
* Permanent, Part-time position (56 hours per fortnight)
* Warrnambool Campus
* Classification: Administrative Worker Grade 1
* Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,640.00 pro rata, plus superannuation

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong computer skills, including experience with computerised inventory systems, knowledge of medical and surgical instrument consumables and material management. Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to changing environments, and show a commitment to providing quality customer service.
