Posted Date: 18 Mar 2025 Location: Bunbury, WA, AU, 6230 Reporting into the Branch Manager, the Administrator – Service Operations will be working on a fulltime basis from our Bunbury office and is responsible for daily filing of jobs, answering incoming customer queries, organising new starters access and uniforms and handling site entry forms.Roster : 5 days on 2 days off (Mon – Fri), 10 Hours per day Location : Bunbury, WA
What you’ll do:
- Support the field service team by completing site entry forms, managing the field service truck fleet, ensuring accurate inspections, answering calls, daily job filing, and handling customer queries.
- Organise new starters by arranging access, uniforms, and raising purchase orders (POs).
- Managing purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process.
- Handling time capture reporting and organising work scope books.
- Maintaining archives and ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies.
- Managing training requirements and conducting safety and contamination control audits.
- Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience using SAP
- Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
- Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
