What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost engagement for ‘The Pass’
- Build and setup promotional activity to assist with member acquisition and repeat member transactions
- Manage multi-channel communications (paid socials, email, SMS, push notifications) to maximise member engagement
- Work with venues to update and maintain in venue marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and promotional activity
- Use data analytics to track customer behavior and optimise future campaigns
- Work closely with our Loyalty team to enhance user experience and drive retention
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or loyalty programs (hospitality or retail experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong storytelling and marketing skills where you can craft engaging customer communications
- Hands on experience with paid social channels, marketing automation and reporting tools
- Proven experience with CRMs and marketing with a B2C business
- A passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and creating memorable experiences
