Description
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Streamline processes and documentation around month end and board reporting
- Coordinate with external advisors and service providers, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.
- Assist with tax planning and compliance
- Work closely with legal to ensure regulatory adherence
- Inter entity loan reconciliations
- Ad hoc based project work and analysis and support to the CFO
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified
- Business services/private clients experience ideal
- Strong understanding of foundational accounting principles and tax
- Process improvement driven
- Willing and excited to contribute to a collaborate team dynamic
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a high trust environment.
- Legitimately excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritise, and consistently hit deadlines.
- Experience with Xero advantageous
