About the role:
- Conducting detailed property due diligence.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale.
- Advising on off-the-plan developments (including broadacre and built form projects).
- Providing guidance on land tax and duties.
- Preparing and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
The ideal candidate:
- We are seeking a Junior to Senior Property Lawyer (1-8 PQE)with prior property law experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with clients confidently.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
