About the role
As a customer service agent, you'll assist customers with everyday banking transactions, stopping and reissuing lost or stolen cards, and managing transaction disputes related to unauthorized activity. You'll handle calls, providing accurate, efficient, and respectful service, including payment assistance and customer education. You'll escalate priority issues, document interactions, and prioritize excellent customer satisfaction.

Hybrid after KPI's met, 3 days from home 1 day in office per week. (Currently cannot support full time office work)

Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm on a rotating roster however our current operating hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 10pm. Full availability is required

Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls with accuracy and efficiency.
