The College is pleased to announce, our VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) program at Parade College will become co-educational in 2025. The College will welcome full-time female student enrolments for the first time in our long history, into Year 11 in 2025. Starting in Term 1 2025, our VCE Vocational Major program, based at our Preston campus, will be expanding our student offerings by introducing a new Tertiary Pathways Program. The Tertiary Pathways Program will include a second stream of our highly successful Sport Academy, along with a new Business Academy. Both academies will provide a bespoke educational opportunity that will allow students to gain direct entry into a number of undergraduate tertiary courses at La Trobe University upon completion of the two-year course.

Description
Parade College are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Examination Supervisors to support the College's VCE and Senior Years student examinations. This role is essential in upholding the integrity of assessments and ensuring students can perform at their best in a well-managed, fair and supportive environment.
This is a casual position, with varying hours in accordance with published examination schedules and associated administrative duties annually. Remuneration is aligned with rates published by VCAA.
About You
The Exam Supervisor will exhibit the following personal qualities:
- Strong interpersonal / personal skills including excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be a role model and positive member of the college community including being fully supportive of the college.
- Demonstrated experienced working within a school environment would be advantageous.
Applicants for the role would need to have availability for supervision for the following dates:
- GAT Exams - June 17, 2025
- VCE Exams - October 28, 2025 through to November 19, 2025

About You
Prior examination supervision experience would be highly regarded however not essential. All successful candidates will be required to meet the following VCAA conditions.
That you are not;
- Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.
- Teaching any s tudent required to sit the GAT or teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025.
- Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, or any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment * materials at the school where I am employed.
- Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff.
* VCE external assessment includes the General Achievement Test (GAT), VCE written examinations and Extended Investigation Critical Thinking Test.
