Full-time Office Manager position available in Seaforth, NSW 2092.

Currently, our client is seeking an Office Manager.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Manage daily office operations, including client service coordination, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support.
  • Oversee and allocate office resources such as personnel, space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
  • Collaborate with professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
  • Develop and implement tailored service plans for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism.
  • Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing funding proposals and reports to secure resources for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and government regulations in the workplace.
  • Implement client satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and use it to improve office processes and service offerings.
  • Support the recruitment team, training, performance management, and payroll functions, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized and well-maintained workspace for the team and clients.
  • This position requires you to eventually answer calls and texts from clients and the team outside of business hours.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant qualification.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.

Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,00 to $80.000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
