Currently, our client is seeking an Office Manager.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage daily office operations, including client service coordination, scheduling appointments, and providing essential administrative support.
- Oversee and allocate office resources such as personnel, space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
- Develop and implement tailored service plans for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism.
- Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Assist in preparing funding proposals and reports to secure resources for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and government regulations in the workplace.
- Implement client satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and use it to improve office processes and service offerings.
- Support the recruitment team, training, performance management, and payroll functions, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized and well-maintained workspace for the team and clients.
- This position requires you to eventually answer calls and texts from clients and the team outside of business hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,00 to $80.000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
