Qualifications & experience
At least two years admin experience
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Tasks & responsibilities
Ability to communicate with builders and staff on site
Answering phones
Accurate data entry
Payroll run
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Stock control and ordering.
keeping job files up to date
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Creating reports
Direct staff on site
follow up overdue payments
Follow up staff to complete tasks.
Hours of employment are 7-3.30 Monday to Friday.
