Description:
Workforce Planning Consultant to join a dynamic PE owned group - working across five distinct businesses, analysis and mapping of existing workforce management processes, timesheet systems, and customer invoicing.
The role requires a keen understanding of workforce scheduling, timesheets, reporting and multi-solution environments.
Your goal will be to define AS IS Process and provide a high level executive summary and create a high level Business Requirements Document (BRD) that can drive process improvements and system enhancements / selections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Mapping: Analyze and map existing workforce management, timesheet, and customer invoicing processes across multiple business units.
- Business Requirements Documentation (BRD): Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders, including executive GMs in Operations, to define and document the full business case and requirements for system improvements.
- Workforce Management Solutions: Review existing workforce scheduling solutions, ensuring the best practices are applied in a multi-solution environment (e.g.UK, AWM Work Manager, Tech One, XM Pro, and Formative).
- Real-Time Reporting: Develop strategies for real-time reporting solutions and ensure that the workforce solution supports live data collection, decision-making.
- Field-Based Workforce Solutions: Ensure that workforce management solutions support field-based operations, tailored to specific business needs (e.g., specialty services for stadiums, councils, and one-off customers).
- System Evaluation & Recommendations: Evaluate and recommend potential systems or tools that can be integrated or implemented to improve efficiency in workforce management.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand the unique needs of field based workers and management.
- Proven experience in workforce planning and business analysis, ideally with a focus on timesheet and customer invoicing processes.
- Business Analysis - AS IS process mapping
- Familiarity with at least one workforce management systems.
- Experience in working with field-based workforce solutions, particularly in industries such as stadiums, councils, or large-scale projects.
- Expertise in developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and defining business cases.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work across various systems and software, including AWM Work Manager, Tech One, XM Pro, and Formative (form management).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
