ABOUT THE ROLE
In this brand new B2B sales position, you will be growing our residential property management business through prospecting, engaging, acqusition and retention of affiliate partners.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will:
- Research and identify potential B2B leads within the residential property management, construction & development and property investment sectors.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach and networking.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Qualify and build rapport with prospects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop succinct and tailored sales proposals as required.
- Set key sales appointments and present the company’s services and value proposition to prospective clients, attending face to face meetings with the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
- Manage the sales process to close and trade, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new clients and continue nurturing the ongoing relationship.
- Drive post-conversion customer onboarding and activity in collaboration with the Property Management leadership team.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director and other team members to align strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reporting on lead generation activities, successes and challenges.
- Work closely and collaborate with other teams and leaders across the business.
ABOUT YOU
You will succeed in this position because of your proven outbound business development experience in a B2B environment. You will have a proactive approach and understand how to nurture prospects through a sales pipeline. You are customer focused and enjoy working in a team environment.
You will have experience across the full sales cycle from prospecting through to account management. Experience utilising CRMs and sales pipeline platforms is essential. Exposure to real estate, property investment and/or property management industries is preferrable.
