About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Learning Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating and supporting the delivery of high-quality education programs. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and educators to ensure seamless program administration and contribute to the development of innovative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Learning Support Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for:
Administering and maintaining course pages, learning activities, and evaluations on the company’s learning platform.Providing day-to-day project coordination support, ensuring tasks and timelines stay on track and following up on outstanding actions.Assisting with the development and formatting of educational materials, using supplied concept briefs.Supporting accreditation administration processes and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.Communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing implementation issues.Providing administrative support to advisory groups, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.Assisting with tracking and processing stakeholder payments and maintaining accurate financial and project records.Supporting the development of online learning materials, including basic video editing and eLearning content creation.Contributing to quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and excellence across programs.About You
The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (highly desirable).Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within an education, healthcare, or professional development setting.Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Strong track record in effective stakeholder communication and relationship management.Exceptional computer literacy, with proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Workspace).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines effectively.Demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Medcast?
