About the Role
The Program Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of program. This role is responsible for assisting with program coordination, maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting communication with stakeholders.
Working under the guidance of the Program Director, Program Manager and Senior Program Officer, the Program Administrator helps streamline administrative workflows, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and contributes to the smooth day-to-day running of program.
About You
As the Program Administrator, you will have:
- Proven experience and success as a program/project/team administrator within a large and complex organisation.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and Project Management Tools (including Clarity, Jira, and Confluence).
- The ability to efficiently manage the ERP Program calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and optimising time management for key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining administrative records, processing documentation, and developing agendas and taking accurate and detailed minutes
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement when resolving matters that may arise.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder at all levels
- Previous experience working on an ERP program or within the higher education sector would be highly regarded
- Completion of a relevant undergraduate qualification and project management experience and / or an equivalent combination of relevant experience / education / training

Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $82,666 to $94,570 pa (HEW 5)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
