The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

What you will be doing

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible for executing administrative tasks, assisting with candidate sourcing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will assist with streamlining recruitment efforts and enhance the overall hiring experience.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, administration, or similar transactional roles, including the ability to maintain a sustained level of concentration in high volume processing activities to ensure accuracy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including the capability to plan and prioritise work tasks, and manage concurrent activities in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
