About the role
This is a Full Time permanent opportunity in a secure organisation with development pathways.
This busy role will see you providing administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team in the creation and processing of individual employee contracts, sending out offers of employment to new and existing team members along with other ad-hoc administration tasks.
This is a high volume administration role that requires an individual who is focused on delivering exceptional service.
About you
Success in this role will see you thrive in a high pressure, fast paced, energetic environment. Your time management skills are second to none and you have the ability to prioritise work requests effectively.
You will also have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment that involves high volume processing (not necessarily HR or recruitment)
- Proven ability to achieve targets within tight timeframes
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when dealing with candidates
- Well-developed verbal and written communication
- A high level of self-motivation
- Outstanding and reliable work ethic
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- The ability to pick things up quickly
You will be passionate about people, retail and customer service and committed to doing the best for your team and for our customers. You will be flexible to deliver in a continually evolving environment and possess strong time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise conflicting requirements.
