The role of Talent Acquisition Office r is a full-time, contract role to 25 July 2025 . We are seeking immediately available candidates and will move through the recruitment process quickly.
This role supports our mission by:
- Playing a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand roles and the key attributes candidates require to be successful.
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or have demonstrated relevant work experience in an internal Talent Acquisition role.
- Have experience posting to job boards such as Seek, Ethical Jobs and others as required.
- Have experience working with Employment Hero.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills and have the ability to work independently, prioritising and managing competing demands.
Given the work that we do there will be a few non-negotiables. You’ll need to be able to have, or obtain prior to commencement:
- Working with Children Suitability Card [Blue Card].
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) clearance.
- Evidence of vaccination, immunity, or medical exemption for the following preventable diseases – Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella [Chicken Pox]; Pertussis [Whooping Cough]; and COVID-19.
