Sanctuary is collaborating with a private aged care provider that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across two aged care homes. This role is vital for ensuring the timely hiring of high-quality candidates, primarily focusing on bulk recruitment for positions such as Registered Nurses, hospitality staff, laundry personnel, chefs, cooks, and carers. The position necessitates equal time spent at two sites, one in Caboolture and the other in Caloundra, with a vehicle allowance of up to $10,000 provided for travel. This is an onsite role with minimal work-from-home opportunities; however, flexibility is available when necessary.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers to understand and fulfil short-term and long-term hiring needs.
• Manage job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting for hiring managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, provide selection guidance, and support hiring decisions.
• Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into their teams.
• Implement structured probation check-ins at 1, 3, and 6 months to improve retention.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for high-turnover or hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage with employees to facilitate orientations and onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to discuss recruitment shortfalls and fill vacancies.
• Organise and participate in open days and career days for the two homes.
• Provide weekly recruitment snapshots and reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in aged care.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Proven track record in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipeline development.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and workplace health and safety.
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Current Driver's License and a current National Police check.
