We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager – IT Solutions to join our Brisbane team. This is a strategic, land-and-expand role where your ability to build and grow enterprise relationships will be central to your success.
You’ll be supported by a strong team of technical experts and inherit a portfolio of warm clients to where you will be able to realise early success in your new career. With a focus on customer outcomes, you’ll bring a methodical, outcome-driven approach to managing and growing B2B relationships – ensuring client satisfaction, solution alignment, and consistent revenue growth.
About the Role
As Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as the trusted advisor to key enterprise clients, ensuring solution alignment and value delivery across all major IT disciplines.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while building a pipeline of prospective clients across the enterprise space.
- Engage in high-level business conversations with C-suite executives, translating complex IT challenges into strategic business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to co-create solutions across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration technologies.
- Partner with leading IT vendors to bring the best of innovation to your clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions to deepen client engagement and drive mutual growth.
- 10+ years of experience in Managed IT Services, with expertise across networking, infrastructure, cloud, security, and collaboration.
- A proven track record in managing enterprise or mid-market accounts, with a strong focus on customer success and sales growth.
- Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic, systematic approach to account planning.
- A customer-first mindset with the drive to deliver results, build pipeline, and exceed targets.
