About the facility:This large home, located in Bundaberg, QLD has a great opportunity for a AHPRA Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Compliance Assistant Role!
About the role:
The Clinical Compliance Assistant - reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager - oversees data collection for clinical documentation, monitors onsite activities and resident care needs, ensuring adherence to directed care requirements, resident preferences, and organisational policies, while also ensuring alignment with care funding outcomes and requirements.
Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm!
Sign on Bonus of up to $20k (Paid over 12 months)
Accommodation support for 3 months at $250 per week (until you find your place to live)
Relocation of up to $5k
Duties:
- Ensure timely completion of relevant charting for all residents.
- Assist in admission and review processes.
- Participate in validations at various communities and contribute to documentation.
- Attend meetings for information sharing on resident care needs.
- Educate staff on documentation practices.
- Regularly review reports and proposed activities with the Clinical Care Funding Officer.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of residential aged care experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated understanding of documentation requirements
