Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the charge behind the bar, serving up expertly crafted drinks, managing stock, and ensuring the venue runs like clockwork.
- Oversee and collaborate across multiple areas of the venue, from the restaurant to reception, the bottle shop to gaming compliance.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, from staff training to balancing tills, guest services, and everything in between.
- Manage a rotating 7-day roster across day, night, and weekend shifts, keeping the venue buzzing with energy.
- Handle gaming compliance, stock control, and maintain top-notch customer service standards – ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.
- A natural leader with mid-level hotel managerial experience and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on expertise in bar operations, restaurant management, and gaming compliance.
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Someone who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
- Holders of Current Qld RSA & RSG , QLD RMLV , and an Approved Managers License – your qualifications are key to this role!
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and customer service skills are a must
