Job Description- Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
- Experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or currently pursuing it) is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset.
- Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
