The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting into the Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Officer will assist in the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure TGA and GMP regulatory requirements are met.
Working closely with the Production team, the QA Officer will conduct incident investigations, complete full manual inspection of a random sample of finished product, and assist with review of Quality documents.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the QA Manager in the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure TGA and GMP regulatory requirements are met
- Investigate and action incident reports and complaints
- Conduct Internal Audits and finished product inspections, identifying areas requiring corrective or preventative action
- Instigate and action specific deviations, non-conformances and system improvements
- Complete weekly KPI reporting and assist the training program
We are looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control role
- Sound knowledge of GMP principles and standards
- Sound knowledge of TGA licensing requirements
- Highly developed verbal communication skills
- Sound organisational and planning skills
