What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with proposals, booking availability inquiries, and general office support (filing, data entry, and updates).
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and designers to keep campaigns on track.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency in workflows and service delivery.
- Assist in EDM creation and management to keep clients informed and engaged.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who is finishing or has just completed a UNI degree, and or has experience within an administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on details.
- Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience.
- Strong communication skills – Ability to liaise with various teams, problem-solve, and maintain professional relationships.
- Proactive mindset – Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and take initiative.
