The Opportunity:
The Project Support Officer provides administration support to the project team to ensure timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
What’s involved:
- Manage project administrative functions.
- Liaise with Repair Agents for security/access requirements.
- Manage project registers, schedules, document control and variations.
- Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).
- Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive.
- Collect and analyse project data.
- Report on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Receipt and Invoice Goods.
You’ll need:
Essential
- Ability to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen)
- Minimum Diploma in Business Office Administration and/or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role.
- Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work that is reported on.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks/projects.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven high quality output.
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Desirable
- Proficient user of IFS or a similar ERP system.
