About the role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Grocery retail knowledge is desired, but not essential
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ordering and cost control ability
  • Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both team members and management
