This role is exciting and diverse, and your main responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with customers to resolve queries and address concerns.
• Handling incoming sales calls and emails professionally.
• Presenting new products and services to strengthen client relationships.
• Promptly completing sales documents in the CRM (quotes, orders, agreements, etc.).
