About The Role
The Hobart Clinic is looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist — Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join our team in Hobart.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist — TMS will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of TMS services at The Hobart Clinic, ensuring all facets of the service reflect evidence-based, trauma-informed, client-centred care. The Clinical Nurse Specialist role reports to the Executive Manager — Hospital Operations and Director of Nursing and is a senior member of the Clinic’s nursing team.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Registered Nurse with:
• Relevant post graduate qualification / experience in mental health and TMS
• Experience providing clinical leadership and resource management
• Experience in clinical mentorship/coaching
• Advanced clinical decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously
• Commitment to delivering recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication /documentation skills
• Ability to liaise and develop therapeutic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients and families

We operate a 27-bed psychiatric hospital set on 7 acres in Rokeby, an outer suburb of Hobart, and The Hobart Clinic MindHub in Hobart CBD providing consulting suites and facilities for therapeutic groups.
