About the Organization
My client has been tasked with the responsibility of providing assessments for the elderly who wish to remain living in their own home. They are our very own Tasmanian owned and operated independent assessment agency, specialising purely in assessments. They have been in operation for well over 20 years delivering assessments across our state.

About you:

• Ready to scale back on the physical demands of a typical nursing role
• Enjoy the autonomy of working externally – not in a regular office environment
• Clear, kind communicator
• Always client-focused and professional
• Comfortable to spend your days in clients’ homes discovering who they are and what their needs would be to be able to continue living at home

You will have:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care or hospital setting
• Well-developed interpersonal skills (written, verbal and listening)
• Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Demonstrated high level computer literacy
• The ability to manage Calendar software and use of client database systems
• The ability to work autonomously in a predominantly mobile team
• Able to maintain a team focus whilst working remotely
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
• Empathy, patience and a commitment to building relationships
• Current driver’s licence
• Satisfactory National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
