Domestic Cleaner – Home Care Support
Looking for a job that you can balance with home or caring responsibilities? Our clients receive cleaning supports on weekdays between 9am and 3pm!
CBS is recruiting for experienced cleaners and domestic assistant workers to support our clients within their homes. No formal qualifications are required, but a certificate in cleaning or prior cleaning experience is highly valued.

As a home care cleaner, you will provide general services to our clients in their homes such as:
- General household cleaning in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms etc.
- Washing dishes, and hanging and folding washed clothing
- Changing bed linen
- Shopping on behalf of your clients
About you:
- Experience as a cleaner or doing paid general domestic tasks within a home, residential facility or commercial environment (hotel, restaurant etc.)
- A current Tasmanian driver’s license and your own reliable transport
- Recent Covid-19 and influenza vaccinations, or ability to gain upon start date
- Current satisfactory National Police check (within the last 3 months) and Working with Vulnerable People registration
- Your own smart phone with a calls and data plan
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or the ability to acquire)
- Medically fit and physically suited for the full inherent requirements of the job
