The opportunity
Techforce is teaming up with a prominent client operating across Australia, and we’re on the hunt for a professional and seasoned Facility & Assets Coordinator to join their Adelaide team!
In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate service delivery within the facilities maintenance team, supporting a large Health Portfolio. As the first point of contact, you’ll engage with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. What you will do?
  • Providing onsite support to the broader health team through core work activity.
  • Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain records and databases.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports to the broader health team.
  • Organise meetings and meeting schedules.
  • Primary liaison between operational delivery and support functions within the business.
  • Provide general administration support to the team.
More about you
  • Facility management knowledge is essential, with a minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in this field.
  • Intermediate administration skills with MS office and other systems.
  • Project Management exposure essential.
  • Trade background would be beneficial.
  • Previous use of Systems/Software Experience-SharePoint desirable.
  • Experience working within a busy and diverse environment.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Experience with minutes and meetings.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with the wider team.
