Located on-site in the Adelaide CBD and/or fringe suburbs, the Site Supervisor (Finishes) is responsible for supervising day-to-day activities and coordinating teams to meet project goals, scheduling short-term work programs, liaising with subcontractors and consultants to resolve issues, and keeping the Site Manager informed and up to date. As part of a collaborative team, you will mentor junior members, ensure a safe work environment, and manage all activities to deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget.
As a competent Site Supervisor with proven experience in finishes - particularly on high end apartments or high end residential, you will also have:
Solid and proven understanding of structures, steel, fit-out, finishes and services in a site supervision capacity.
Prior site experience on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects across the full project lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of building and construction Trades, supported by experience or qualifications
