Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, focusing on pipelaying and underground services.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and liaise with clients.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil, pipelaying, and underground services projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Building and Construction).
