Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control professional to join our team. As a Quality Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our medical device assembly work.
You will inspect and verify the accuracy of small and intricate mechanical components, conduct quality checks on assembly work, and participate in meetings to resolve issues and suggest improvements.

- Inspect small and intricate mechanical components using a microscope and inspection tools and equipment
- Conduct quality checks on assembly work of plastic and metal components into medical devices
- Participate in meetings to resolve issues and suggest improvements
- Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures
- Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labour (e.g. timecards), and special projects
- Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures
- Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, QSR, and Quality regulations
- 2 to 4 years’ Quality Checking experience
- Must have experience working under a microscope
- Must have aptitude to handling very small components and following instructions
- High level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small plastic and metal components
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Basic math skills
